Many people are aware of Paris’ top landmarks and have an idea of what the city is like, even if they have never visited it. By the way, it wasn’t always called as Paris.
When the Romans conquered the area that is present-day Paris in 52 BC, it was named Lutetia Parisiorum, and was named later as Parisius. Paris became the French capital in 987 AD and has kept that name and title ever since. Know more historical factas I will give in my tour.
