How do I book a Jet7One guides?

You need to do few steps:

1) Choose the interested region

2) Select the local guide or guides with matching interests by using Search feature. Your choice will be displayed in the Favorites tab in navigation bar menu

3) Confirm selected guides in the Favorites tab and add any details in message box (we create your tour based on this information). The number of selected guides corresponds to your Subscription Plan.

What is a tailor-made tour?

A tailor-made tour is guided customized tour for travelers, it was created in accordance to their needs. Let us know what your preferences are and our locals will tailor a tour for you. Anything is possible with us!

Is every Jet7One tour private?

Yes, of course. We guarantee a personal and intimate experience for all our travelers, every Jet7One tour is 100% private.

You don’t depend on other travelers and their preferences. Jet7One helps traveler to find local guide in selected region and make a travel tour requests as basic or individual tour based on traveler wishes.

We offer a unique tourist experience for traveler with like-minded person and tour planning for our guide based on personal experience such as boating, yachting, extreme sports and others.

How can I find like-minded person in selected region?

You need to choose interested region and use Discover feature to find out local guides.

You can choose Jet7One local guides by using 7 topics, such as:

  1. Culture (city history, museum, monuments, art galleries, theatre, conservatory etc)
  2. Food & drinks (vegetarian, tasting room, winery, cognac cellars, restaurant, cooking, craft beer, wine, coffee etc)
  3. Entertainment (bar, night club, corporate event, concert, cinema, beach club etc)
  4. Sports (baseball, basketball, cycling, football, golf, hockey, ice skating, running, tennis, yoga, fitness, shooting, hiking, camping, wildlife area etc)
  5. Water sports (scuba diving, surfing, diving, SUP surfing, kayaking, yachting, snorkeling etc)
  6. Languages (selected by our guides)
  7. Locations (all cities that we are working at the moment)
When do I get the contact details of my local guide/guides?

We discuss details and demands (“I want to visit the best seafood restaurant in this city”, for example) of your booking. Try to inform us about all interested excursions in this region before or during the discussion of your guided tour booking and we will include these excursions in the excursion route. Our regional lead guide will send you a booking confirmation of the selected guides and your tour details via chat, Telegram, WhatsApp, Viber or by email.

We prepare your excursion route and we will share the contact details of regional lead guide and he/she will receive yours.

Now you can get excited about your trip and discuss the last details with your regional lead guide.

The first meeting with the Jet7One guide will be in a public place (restaurant, beach complex etc).

What information or details do I write in my tour request?

We need to know the preferred period of time for your guided tour and the guide free time during this timeframe (lunch time, for example).

Inform us about the details of the planned event that we can check and find available Jet7One guides for your request.

Can I book a local guide for 1 hour?

Guides work is paid as hourly wages.
The guide’s work is 2 hours as minimum (starts from 100 EUR), each next working hour is 30 EUR.

One working hour of the regional lead guide starts from 300 EUR.

If traveler made a tour request for several Jet7One guides, the guide’s work is 2 hours as minimum (starts from 100 EUR but the amount depends on guide status and high or low season in selected region).

Which payment methods does Jet7One accept?

In cooperation with our payment service provider Stripe Inc. we support the following payment methods:

I want to change my local guide, what I need to do?

If you are displeased by the guide work (guide already started the tour) – the guide can be changed no earlier than 24 hours after we receive your application in order to change the guide. We can have less available guides during the seasonal period.

How do I delete my Jet7One account or cancel my Jet7One Subscription?

You have following options, you can:

– send us an email via our contact form if you want to delete your account

We check your request and delete your account, all personal data will be removed and it won’t be possible to log in anymore by using your current credentials. If it’s possible, please share the reason why you would like to delete your account. We appreciate your help because it makes Jet7One platform better.

What is my username and password?

Your username is email that you used to sign up for the account on Log In tab

Your password will also be the same password you used for your account.
If you have forgotten your password, please use Lost Password form on Log In tab

What can I do if I forgot which email was associated with my account?

For security reasons, you’ll be unable to reset your email by using Log In tab. Please contact us via chat, Contact form or write us directly to jet71one@gmail.com and our team will help you with your account access.

Who is a Jet 7 One local guide?

These people explore the city or region and collect facts that make traveling easier, tastier and more fun. Local experts help millions worldwide discover new places by sharing local knowledge and their practical experiences.

In other words: a local Jet 7 One guide is a person who wants to share his experience in order to make the region more understandable for tourists.

What is a tailor-made tour?

A tailor-made tour is guided customized tour for travelers created in accordance to their interests. Let us know your preferences and traveler will select you as guide by matched interests.

If you know your city, want show little-known places in selected region or can share your personal experience – we will wait for you!

How do I become Jet7One local guide?

It’s easy to become Jet7One local guide. You need to follow these steps to sign up:

Select your interests that traveler can find your guide’s profile much more quickly
Click on Publish button to complete your registration

What if I cannot find my region on Jet7One platform?

We’re growing and open more regions for travelers and guides.

Is your region not available on our platform? Please send a region request via Contact form and receive a notification message when your region will be added!

Are you interested in stable extra income as Jet7One local guide? We have recommendations list for you.

We recommend:

  • make video and photo material directly during your guided tour with the consent of the tourist – such material is required to raise the platform rating, Jet7One social profiles and raise your personal guide rating.
  • pay special attention to your presentable appearance. A feature of Jet7One guide is a person with model appearance and if you become our guide you should always look presentable (washed hair, well-attended hands and face, clean clothes etc) – this is first and foremost your reputation as a guide and ours as a local guide service.
  • indicate information in your profile about your driving experience or a car that you can use for traveler tansfer (driving experience must be at least 2 years). We recommend to use this option (traveler transfer) as an additional income, it helps you in your excursion route planning.
  • take on your tour no more than 2-3 travelers for 1 excursion (a group of tourists) – this is the ideal persons number for a comfortable tour and a transfer.
  • discuss in advance the excursion route with a lead guide in your region, he/she will help you plan your working hours during the tour, you need to prepare in advance clothes and shoes based on this information. It is also important to choose correct shoes – choose flat shoes if you are going on a walking tour or high-heel shoes for places where it will be appropriate (corporate event, bar, for example).
  • prepare in advance necessary tools in case if your shoes are uncomfortable/painful (corn-plasters), the weather will be hot (spray with thermal water), eau de perfume and other things based on your preferences and the time of year.

And we do NOT recommend:

  • have friendly relations with a traveler because you can lose a potential client for further earnings as a guide. The traveler will be your friend and will not pay for your guide work and it is inconvenient for you to take payment from a friend in this case
  • give your contact details and/or your personal pages links in social networks for tiresome people. We have such examples with our Jet7One guides who gave their contact details, they had to change their phone numbers and delete personal pages in social networks – do not repeat their experience. We restrict you to post your contacts details or your social networks links in your Jet7One profile in Public profile due to this reason
  • go up to the traveler apartments or hotel rooms. In case if it will be in desperate need, we recommend you to wait for a traveler in the hotel lobby or at neutral public place such as cafe, for example
  • post your contacts or your social networks links in your Jet7One public profile due to the reasons listed above. Otherwise, we will be forced to suspend your profile on Jet7One platform.
How do I get bookings?

You will receive requests from your regional lead guide. You can accept or decline it depending on your availability.

Interested in getting more bookings? Fill your interests in Public profile tab and traveler can find you as like-minded person in your region.

How can I get more travelers booking?

Tell us more about your interests in your Public profile.

Traveler can choose Jet7One local guides by using 7 topics, such as:

When do I get the contact details of the traveler?

We discussed details and demands with traveler, we prepared traveler’s guided tour based on traveler interests and your availability. After the traveler has completed the booking, you will receive all trip details from your regional lead guide via chat or other way that will be comfortable.

Make sure to get in touch and discuss the last details of your tour with your regional lead guide .

I have driver experience. Can I be a driver and a guide for traveler?

Yes, you can. Let us know that you can drive or you have a car that you can use as transfer for travelers. Select Driving in the Entertainment category in your Public profile where you choose your interests.

By choosing this category, you confirm that you can drive, be a driver or have a car that you plan to use as a transfer for your travelers during the guided tour. It will be your additional income and a much more comfortable way to discover a new city for your travelers.

When and how can I get my earned money?

You will receive your earnings by bank transfer after the tour.

Transfer period depends of your state financial policy, for example:

– Indian banking system and financial system implicates the payment transfer system in unilateral manner

– Spanish, Portuguese, United States financial systems implicates the transfer delays up to 6 working days etc

Do I have to pay some taxes?

When you generate income via Jet7One, you don’t have to pay the taxes.

How do I delete my Jet7One account or cancel my Jet7One Subscription?

You have following options, you can:

What if the traveler cancels a tour?

When the traveler cancels within 3 days before the date of the tour, the paid amount will not be refunded to traveler. Jet7One local guide will be compensated (excluding transaction fees).

When the traveler cancels more than 3 days before the date of the tour, the paid amount will be refunded (excluding transaction fees) to traveler. In this case, the local guide will not be compensated.

What if the local guide cancels a tour?

When your local guide cancels, we will always try our best to find another suitable local guide for your tour.
