Villa del Arte

Exploring the narrow streets of Gothic Quarter we discovered Villa del Arte Galleries, founded in 1999 by Bert van Zetten, Marcel and Jutta Huisman in the hopes of showcasing a contemporary collection of photography, sculpture and fine art, combining pieces by emerging talents and established names. Today it represents over 50 national and international artists and has 4 galleries across Barcelona and Amsterdam. It develops individual and group exhibitions, works in partnership with other cultural institutions and museums, and is a regular participant in prestigious international fairs. Its most notable locations include its 650 square meter space (on the ground floor of the Mandarin Orient) on Paseo de Gracia
