Tasting tour at snail farm

Excursion to the snail farm (we will see the whole growing process – where they sleep, how they are fed and washed). We will tell you many new interesting facts about the snails life .

Then we will taste them, it will be:

– 3 escargots in Burgun style;

– marinated snail with blue ray, herbs and lemon in soy sauce;

– snail with herbs and creamy sauce

– 2 sandwiches with snail liver pate and 150 ml white dry craft wine
