This Terms and Conditions is an AGREEMENT between customer as an individual or a Legal entity and Jet7One.com which covers your use of the JET7ONE.COM product that accompanies this AGREEMENT and related software components which can include associated printed materials and online/electronic documentation. These product software and materials is hereinafter referred to as the “Software Product.” A software usage is designated for user and is given by Jet7One.com or its authorized agents and it is required for each user of the Software Product. If you disagree with these Terms and Conditions, disuse the Software Product. You use the Software Product or otherwise by accepting this AGREEMENT, you confirm and agree with the following terms:
- GRANT OF LICENSE
ww.jet7one.com provides to you in accordance with these terms and conditions the non-exclusive, nontransferable right for the Software Product usage on www.jet7one.com where the Software Product was developed. All others rights are owned by Jet7One company. - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS RESERVED BY JET7ONE COMPANY
The Software Product is copyrighted by the European Union (EU) and international copyright laws including other intellectual property laws and treaties. Therewithal, this AGREEMENT does not guaranty you any rights for Jet7One trademarks or service marks. Jet7One company owes all intellectual property rights respecting copyrights and trademark rights. - NO RIGHT TO TRANSFER
You cannot rent, distribute or transfer any rights in this the Software Product AGREEMENT to third parties without Jet7One company’s signed written approval. - PROHIBITION ON REVERSE ENGINEERING
You may not reverse engineering, defeat license encryption mechanisms while using the Software Product. - SUPPORT SERVICES
Jet7One company extends users support related to the request in accordance with the Software Product services. If you are using any kind of support services, you agree with Jet7One policies and will receive other provided Jet7One company online materials such as request recommendations based on your past request. Any other type of support provided by www.jet7one.com is a part of the Software Product and the subject of this AGREEMENT. All information that you send/tell/provide to www.jet7one.com support services via chat or by any other way, can be used for Jet7One’s business purposes without any restriction including the product and support development unless you do not impose restrictions in written form and we confirm it from our side based on the AGREEMENT regulations. Jet7One company will use this information in an anonymous form. Information that will be provide from your side as your request customizations, will be used for mentioned support services in accordance with Software Product and the internal business purposes related to it. - SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLATION/SUSPENDING WITHOUT PREJUDICE
Jet7One company can bring to a standstill this AGREEMENT if you adhere any terms or conditions of this AGREEMENT. If you make the subscription as guide or traveler and have personal profile as a traveler and personal and public profile as a guide on www.jet7one.com. We restrict you to post your contacts details or your social networks links in your Jet7One public profile due to the reasons listed on FAQ for local guides (we restrict you to give your contact details and/or your personal pages links in social networks for other people. We have such examples with our Jet7One guides who gave their contact details, they had to change their phone numbers and delete personal pages in social networks – do not repeat their experience. We restrict you to post your contacts details or your social networks links in your Jet7One profile in Public profile due to this reason). Otherwise, we will be forced to suspend your profile on Jet7One platform. - WARRANTIES
YOU ACCEPT THE SOFTWARE PRODUCT “AS IS IT, COMPLETELY AND FULLY” AND www.jet7one.com AS WELL ITS THIRD PARTY SUPPLIERS DO NOT GIVE WARRANTIES AS TO ITS USE AND SECURITY. JET7ONE COMPANY AND ITS THIRD PARTY SUPPLIERS DISCLAIM ALL REPRESENTATIONS, WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS, EXPRESSED, IMPLIED, STATUTORY BUT NOT LIMITED BY AGREEMENT CONDITIONS. WE PROVIDE SATISFACTORY QUALITY AND USAGE FOR PARTICULAR PURPOSES, ALL OTHER USAGE RISK ACCORDING TO THE SOFTWARE PRODUCT USAGE REMAINS TO YOU. - LIABILITY LIMITATION
THIS LIABILITY LIMITATION IS JUSTIFIABLE BY APPLICABLE EU LAW. JET7ONE COMPANY OR ITS THIRD PARTY SUPPLIERS DO NOT BE HELD LIABLE FOR ANY PRODUCTS OR SERVICES WHICH ARE THE REASON FOR LOST REVENUES, FOR ANY SPECIAL/INCIDENTAL/INDIRECT OR OTHER TYPE OF DAMAGES INCLUDING THE BUSINESS/PERSONAL INFORMATION LOSS INCLUDING THE INAVAILABILITY USAGE OF THE SOFTWARE PRODUCT IN ACCORDANCE WITH THIS AGREEMENT OR THE SUPPORT SERVICES FAILURE, EVEN IF JET7ONE COMPANY HAS BEEN INFORMED PREVIOUSLY OF THE SUCH DAMAGES POSSIBILITY. - SUBSCRIPTION REFUNDS
It is very important that you check each features and functions during the subscription trial period or free version usage to make sure that www.jet7one.com products and software is what you are looking for because when the trial or free period is finished, you will be charged by using data entered from your side in accordance with your subscription level that was previously chosen by yourself. The trial version is the same software version you are using after subscription purchasing. There are no differences because there are the same. - ENTIRE AGREEMENT
This AGREEMENT means the entire agreement between Jet7One company and Software Product users and as a result Software Product user can use the Software Product for the service purposes related to it in accordance with the current Terms and Conditions. - SUPPORT
We provide the Support Service to existing customers/registered users for the period that you are using the Software product by Subscription level that was previously chosen by customer/registered user. If you find some tech problems/errors or features which are not working, make a note to our support department via contact form, messenger applications, chat or send us letter directly to jet71one@gmail.com. - CONTACT INFORMATION

Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy defines how your personal data is collected, used and shared while you are using www.jet7one.com platform or make a Subscription purchase on www.jet7one.com hereafter designated as the “Site” in this AGREEMENT.
COLLECTED PERSONAL INFORMATION
