Brugarol Barcelona, based in the 19th century Gothic Quarter in the heart of Barcelona, almost hidden is a tapas bar. Small, consists of 21 seats, contemporary and raw passion. Brugarol Barcelona is merely a Tapas bar with the feel of an Izakaya bar you would find in Japan. We produce a new Japo-Tapas cuisine that feels more traditional than new. Most of our product comes from the Brugarol Group based in Palamos, Catalunya where the culture, history and gastronomy is part of nature. Mountains and sea form as one. Air, fire and the fresh summer breeze of sea is where these ingredients thrive.
